Refund policy

We hope you love your Hélou Kids pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, from the day you received the Products.

To start a return, simply send us an e-mail at info@heloukids.be within this 14-day period. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

After notifying us, please return the Products within 14 days.

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels and hangtags still attached. You may try on items as you would in a store, but any handling beyond that may affect the refund.

We recommend using a track-and-trace service for your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Hélou Kids cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

2. Refunds

Once your return has been received — or once proof of return has been provided — we will refund the purchase price of the returned Products within 14 days, excluding the original delivery costs.
